RESIDENTIAL HOURLY LABOR RATES = $69 per hour plus $22 per hour with helper, if needed.

COMMERCIAL HOURLY RATES = $89 per hour plus $28 per hour with helper, if needed.

SERVICE CALL  (Charged with every job, except estimates and bid jobs) = $52.  Only on "by the hour" jobs.

TRAVEL TIME is accounted from the present job or location to the next job or location and is part of the hourly rate.

TRUCK/GAS FEE = $0.50/mile. Only if job is more than 25 miles round trip from Plano, TX at Central Expressway and George Bush Expressway.

REGULAR TIME:  M-Fri, 8AM - 5 PM.
